Why I am doing this

My name is Hady Gerges. I am not just a cook - I am a husband, a father and someone who knows what it feels like to lose everything.

Today, that's exactly what I want to do: help.

I cook for people who are starving. I sell T-shirts and use the proceeds to fund meals for the homeless, poor families and hungry students.

I use what I know - cooking - and combine it with what I have learned: Everyone deserves dignity, warmth and a fuller life.

Every T-shirt on this site is more than just clothing. It is a message. A silent hug. A warm meal for someone who desperately needs it right now.

So when you buy a shirt, you're not just giving yourself a gift - you're giving hope.

Thank you for being part of it.

“A plate full of color is like a ray of light for the soul.”

For me, cooking means giving more than just food. Every dish contains a part of my story, my hope - and my love of detail. I want to fill you up without just feeding you. Because true satiety happens where you feel seen and appreciated.

“Warmth doesn't start in the stomach - it starts in the heart.”

Some dishes tell stories - this one tells of home, warmth and honest enjoyment. With fresh herbs, oven-roasted chicken, tender potatoes and lovingly seasoned rice, I don't just cook - I pass on a piece of my heart. Every ingredient is carefully selected and prepared with dedication. It's more than just a dish - it's a sign of caring.

“When the sea speaks, I listen.”

Some ingredients don't need loud flavors, just an honest approach. In my kitchen, it's all about the real, the pure - about turning simplicity into something special. I listen to what a product wants to say and then let it tell its story. On the plate. In silence.
